The North Carolina Real Estate Commission has approved Weichert, Realtors – Mark Thomas Properties Real Estate School to teach the 75 hour real estate prelicensing class in an online, self-paced, and on demand format. Getting a real estate license in North Carolina has never been more convenient!
You are able to start the course immediately upon registration and payment. Take the course on your schedule as you have time! We’ll give you six months to complete the 75 hour course. You can even arrange to take the end-of-course exam and the state exam in a proctored, online setting.
